"I was fortunate enough to stay at the Pansion River and it was great. it is in a good location and has a fantastic view from its balcony and restaurant terrace. It was very quiet when I was there and I think we were the only ones staying there. Its a little tired in places but the charm outweighs this. "

"The room was nice & clean & check in was easy. GPS doesn’t take you to actual location ( down the street) . Housekeeping did not come on my second day to freshen the room. I also booked this resort because it had a restaurant but it was not open either night for dinner so I had to drive to town."

"Great location. Close to downtown. Wonderful staff. Parking is great. Break fast in bed option nice too. One oddity- my room- the loft- has no shower, just a bathtub. It had low ceilings. "

"Situated 5 minutes from the old Town. Nice owners. The room was nice and there was a large common terrace that we all could use, incl the owner. There was a small kitchen where you could prepare your beakfast and bring to the terrace. They also do laundry."

"My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the owner spoke very little English, leading to many misunderstandings. The worst part which led to a bad feeling: I asked him if he could arrange a cab to pick me up on the day of my departure.(Mind you, I was using Google Translate) He said it would be 15 Euros for the whole trip. After cab brought me to airport, I realized this was a lie. This was NOT a communication error. Owner scammed me out of 15 Euros"

"Property was simple and adequate for a short pilgrimage trip to Medjgorje. The host was very kind and offered homemade snacks and beverages on arrival and through the day in addition to the cooked-to-order breakfast. It was a 5-10 minute walk to St. James church and the surrounding areas for pilgrims. It is a small property accommodating 20-30 people total though for our 2 night stay we were the only guests. Note that the host presented the bill at the end of our stay which she asked to be paid...
