Stolen personal property
The hotel was ok but not particularly clean or hospitable- no staff on duty except one man on check in. The bedvwas the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact. I have also tried Hotels.com to discuss this issue and theur live chat line is useless. No response despite waiting for contact as instructed. The item was a gift and all i want to do is send them postage to return it to me as it was a gift.

This hotel is close to town and the beach. However the condition of the hotel is very unclean and tired. The walls in the room were covered in stains. Also the bedding had stains all over the ‘duvet cover’. The duvet itself was ripped all over. The room looked like it had been used to house homeless people and hadn’t been properly cleaned/updated since the homeless people has left. Seriously avoid this hotel!

the mattress was rock hard and didn’t have a good night sleep at all. The bed sheets had stains on, this also being the case for the towels aswell. No shower gel ect was provided either which i feel is a basic thing expected at a hotel

Very dissatisfied with this hotel, check in was a struggle I booked through Expedia double room was randomly given a twin room because apparently that’s what I had booked, showed reception the room I had booked on my phone and didn’t care at all. Paid to park on site which is fine if you don’t want work vans parking right on your car to damage it because there’s a more expensive car the other side to give them adequate space to get in. Construction Workers everywhere making noise, going in and out of hotel all night to smoke, shout in the street. Room above was building their own furniture all night by the sounds of it, very restless sleep indeed. The only nice welcome we had was in the morning by a different guy at reception on check out. Please be advised if you stay here be prepared to have no sleep and your car and your property to not be given a crap about and you pay for that privilege!

Avoid
The hotel was very run down and beds near to braking, couldn’t sleep at all. Very outdated and desperate needs of refurbishment. Shower was small and tight and knees touched bath when using toilet. Such a bad experience that it spoilt the overnight stay for the air festival in Bournemouth. Spend more money and avoid!

It was ok..an average hotel and stay. Parking could of been better, only a few spaces at front of hotel and small spaces. The rest of the car park was at back, and very confusing. Got told it was ok to park and pay after 30 mins, but when I went back to pay once I had taken my luggage up to room. I noticed the parking says pay on arrival, not very happy as that’s what the staff had told me. Cleanliness was average, only stayed one night. A lot of money for one night. Positive side of it is that it is very close to the beach, walking distance.

After a long journey, we looked forward to resting in a clean, spacious room, similar to those shown on the website. Unfortunately, that was not to be. Our room was the size of a postage stamp, with a bathroom similar to one you might find in an under-stairs cupboard. Old, dated, with some drawers so tatty we stopped attempting to use them, the room would have made a perfect set in a 70s sitcom. After spending the best part of £300 for two nights, I was hoping that we might be awarded more than one bar of soap and a mouldy shower curtain to complement our stay. Actually, we did. There two unwrapped teabags, clearly retrieved from a box of PG Tips, dumped into some little cups, making up our 'facilities'. The room faced out onto a noisy roundabout, where wannabe Ayrton Sennas practiced their manoeuvres all night long. After politely enquiring about the 'breakfast' listed with our room on the website, we were told, 'Not doing breakfast, because Covid'. OK, so not even a little bag with a piece of fruit and a yoghurt in our room then? I guess not. Perhaps the person in charge of making the lack of breakfast clear on the website (and deducting the cost) was off sick that day. The guests were required to wear face masks through the public areas of the hotel. Fair enough. But I couldn't help but wonder why the group of men crowded into the tiny bar watching football with the manager were exempt from mask wearing and social distancing. Perhaps they were asked to take a test first.
