"The hotel was beautiful. The shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable! We did not eat at the restaurant so i cant comme t on that. We chose this hotel because of the reasonable cost and because of the hot tub. But only once we got there and looked for the hot tub did we realize its in a seperate building. We didnt want to walk outside in the snowy cold evening in a wet bathing suit, so we didnt even go. That was disappointing."

"The crown jewel of Banff, the Fairmont Banff Springs is phenomenal! The resort has an amazing staff, great restaurants, lots of on-site activities and amenities, and a storied history. The views from the outdoor pool and upper lounge are unmatched."

"Not a 5 star resort. Close. Carpet worn out badly throughout hallways. Bathroom door repainted 20 times? Carpet bunched in room. Housekeeping didn’t check if alarm clock set for 2 am (good prank). Pump on shampoo broken (again housekeeping should have caught it). Not worth $500 for a view of the front driveway. Positives: beautiful property. Secluded location. Fantastic staff. Lots of amenities. But not a 5 star resort. "

"We were in the area for our sons hockey tournament and wanted to stay with them team but have more than just a hotel room. This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for the stay and for our family of four comfortable. Bobbi was available if needed and very friendly!"

"This first floor unit was perfect for our family of five trip with grandpa. Checking was easy via messages and email giving us the entry code to the building, parking, and unit. The owner was very responsive and helpful (helped guide us to the parking area for these units). Once in, we found the unit very well appointed and it had everything we needed for our four night stay. There are two bedrooms with a large queen sized bed in each. Two full bathrooms and a washer dryer In the closet. We...

"Our Kids Loved the ice rink and outside fires to roast marshmallows and keep warm. The little kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the TV break while we played games by the fire. Our hosts were fantastic and helpful.Thank you!"
