"Great location Spacious room Great location for town which is easily walkable from the hotel. Parking outside was easy as we had booked a parking space. Essential if arriving by car. Its very busy around the town to park. Super efficient check in with extremely helpful man when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. Beds a bit harder than we are used to, but we got used to them. "Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with a great breakfast. Lacked a bar on site, but plenty of options nearby. Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!! Great sauna, steam rooms, we just loved the spa. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant on the 8th floor is very good!"

"We were received by a lovely receptionist who booked us in quick and provided us with clear instructions and places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast is the best we had for a long time with a big variety of food too long to mention. The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Brasov but very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it for its great value."

"Hotel was excellent, right outside of Old Town square. Only thing id say is the mattress was very firm and there was no elevator, so if you have large luggage that may be an issue. Very minor things though, id definitely recommend staying there!"

Style, Service, Location, Food & Charm - Loved it!

"Best hotel we visited in Romania and the service was impeccable. Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). The service was better than at most 5-6 star branded hotels. And I've stayed in many over the years for business. The hotel manager was a delight and the chef provided the best tasting and freshest breakfast spread during out stay in the country. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, the cleanest we had in the country and the location is perfection. If your staying in Brasov, Schuster Boarding House is by far your best choice. I will be recommending to all my well-traveled friends. "
