"if you are looking for a simple room to stay at in Zermat then this is the perfect place. Everything was up to par, the room was constantly cleaned we always had fresh towels and the hotel staff will bring you a robe and slippers if asked. The ski rental is connected to the hotel therefore we did not have to walk far to rent skis which was extremely convenient. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if returning."

"We love this hotel so so much! The staff are super nice and helpful. We had issues with our snowboard gears that we had to ship from the US and they were so responsive to all my emails and were very helpful. We are so grateful to them especially Iliana and Sarah. They truly provide the best service. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but I wouldn’t say outdated at all. It has character. We wouldn't have it any other way. We had the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony which was awesome! The location is within walking distance to everything. The breakfast, especially the salmon benedicts that we ate for 4 days straight, were so good. We loved the friendly staff and service during breakfast as well. We loved the access to the pool and spa of the sister hotel as well. So highly recommend this hotel and will go back. "
