There are classic attractions in Brighton such as the Royal Pavilion with its iconic domes and minarets. A trip to the beach is not complete without a stroll along the Brighton Palace Pier followed by a visit to the Sea Life Brighton. The newest attraction in Brighton is the British Airways i360 provided spectacular panoramic views of the city, the sea and the countryside.
Unfortunately, being in the heart of Brighton means that occasionally guests may experience noise disturbance, particularly from the surrounding pubs. These establishments are very professional and respectful of the neighbourhood, and the pub directly at the rear of the apartment building does not allow customers in the outside space after 23.00. Furthermore, the apartment bedroom is located at the front of the building, which helps shield any such noise disturbance.
There are lots of buses nearby. However, you'll find that Uber, taxis, rental bikes are also available all around the area.
Note: please note there are ongoing building works next door that we believe occur during lawful hours in the UK.
On May 22nd, a painting job will commence at the back of the building, affecting the lounge and kitchen side. Scaffolding will be installed, and the project will take approximately three months to complete.
Note: guests with walking difficulties should reconsider renting this Airbnb as it is located on the second floor of this property and might be too strenuous for some.
Note: there is a special lithium fire extinguisher in the property. Removal of this will result in a £50 fine.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
