I have enjoyed to stay at the hotel because you can find a lot of restaurants options to eat around the area. The staff is nice and the hotel is easy to find. Would be great a refurbishment in the building also the room would be better if they had a mini refrigerator and tv. Overall was 7,5 out of 10. I would recommend the hotel.

The view from our room was amazing, had a sea view and it was absolutely lovely. A few things of note were that there wasn't convenient lighting near the mirror, and no main light, just side lights/lamps in the bedroom. The shower head was a trickle and took a long time to get hot. And the continental breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. Other than that, nice enough and convenient being near Brighton centre where we were going for the evening.

Good value for money, great location
Nicely decorated and very comfortable & spacious, ideally located on seafront. Some parts of the hotel are a little run down (peeling wallpaper, marked paintwork) but it is good value for money. As it has recently changed hands there is room for improvement.

Lovely Manager and staff, very friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and the hotel had a nice peaceful vibe. Fantastic location in the vibrant and cultural Kemp Town, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and very near to the sea/beach. Very clean and a comfortable bed and the facilities were good. Very reasonable rates.
