"Great staff beginning with the Santos Colón who greeted us at the parking valet and actually walked us to the restaurant next door since our room wasn't ready. We had a corner suite on the 19th floor , amazing wraparound balcony ( unfortunately it was freezing but in the warmer months would be spectacular) Well appointed room , clean and stylish.
