"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"A group of friends who visit the South Coast regularly were delighted to find this quirky home which we thoroughly enjoyed. The layout was unusual but we soon familiarised ourselves with it. The woodfire was a bonus in the cold weather. Great position and easy walks to the beach and shops."
