This is a self service hotel/apartment that makes check in a breeze when you have done all the online requirements before arrival. Hotel staff is available at certain times and are helpful."

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags.
