"Overall the hotel is good. It looks a lot more luxurious in the pictures than it actually is. It is slightly neglected. The carpet in the corridors and in the rooms needs washing. "Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "

Laundry is definitely a problem-the washer and dryer are 1 unit and the clothes do not get dry so you have to hang clothes all around your apartment to dry and so it takes awhile. Also, if you checkout at 11 there isn’t a place to safely keep bags if you have a later flight and want to spend time enjoying your last day"
