Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"The hotel was very charming and had great character. The room was pretty compact, but the bathroom was very large and had both a shower and a tub, which was a nice feature, especially since the shower was kind of small. The area the hotel is in is OK if you primarily want to shop and be in a quieter area or are traveling on business, but I didn't realize how far it was from many of the main attractions and bars/restaurants of Brussels. I am a late night person, so found it sometimes a challenge...
