"Was a very nice stay they had run out of the room that we originally booked so when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite. "

"We stayed there passing through from Florida to Texas, and wanted somewhere secure to park my new vehicle. The rate on the room was very reasonable, and check-in was easy. They did offer Valet, but I arrived too late for that service. Access to the hotel from the outside parking was no problem. However, I wanted to park my vehicle in the garage. To access the hotel from there, I had to go through a number of doors, hallways, and elevators. Not ideal. Other than that, I had no complaints. ...

"We stayed in a double queen room since all king rooms had been reserved already. We attempted to sleep in the bed closest to the AC, but it was so hot, we were uncomfortable. That bed gets essentially no air flow from the AC. We had to drop the thermostat to 64 and move to the bed closest to the door to be semi-comfortable. "

"Your Facility was well cared for and the service team was outstanding. Your night team did everything to make our check-in and stay as pleasant as possible. We will stay here every time we travel throught Beaumont. Very restful and queit. Cant wait till the roads are fixed."

"Beds were sooooo comfortable, breakfast was great, and the lady at the front desk was nice. Only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from next door early in the morning other than that enjoyed my stay"
