"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"The hotel is set in lovely grounds, very quiet, the rooms are a good size but was very hot woth both radiators on full and took a couple of hours to cool down with the windows open. The bed could be bigger and is quite firm so not very comfortable unless you like that. The room was clean, plenty of towels and loo roll would definitely stay again"
