"This is a 5 star property with 6 star staff. The place is beautiful. Truly gorgeous, the only reason for the 4 star rating is no bathroom vent. Sorry, but even in Brazil, a high end 5 star Pousada should not vent the bathroom shower/smells with a slide window into the outside walkway, by other rooms. I know its new for Brazil, but its a simple modern must."
