"Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend visiting this hotel. Staff seem very disinterested in helping with anything. Kept having power cuts in our room, which staff didnt seem to care about and just told us to keep tripping the electrical switch in the hallway... We had what looked like fresh soil stains in our duvet after the room was turned over whilst we were out (with pictures). Very pleasant surprise when coming back from a day trip! The elevator next to our room seemed to be running...

The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports.
