"The hotel and staff are great they really do as much as they can for you. I do however have to say that the pictures of the sky bar on the website are totally different to what is actually onsite. Which I believe to be misleading at best. Basically none of it exists other than 6 x sunbeds and a couple of sofas. I have attached screen shots of website pictures that show something that is simply not there.These need to be removed as they are misleading. Higher management needs to deal with this...
