"We loved this hotel. We made an non refundable incorrect booking for April 2025 and came into the hotel in Jan. Mike at the front desk took care of everything and moved our reservation to the correct dates without us having to pay for another reservation. Katy took care of all of our tours for us and arranged a great and convenient hotel for us in Sapa and Ninh Bình. "We are very happy with our selection of the Peridot hotel. Hanoi is a bustling chaotic city and it was always nice to escape the pollution and noise when entering the hotel. "This was such a lovely little hotel, very conveniently located in the historic district of Hanoi. Traffic is a challenge in the narrow streets but most things were close by. The staff , especially Andrew and Antony were very helpful. We had a clean small room for two nights and the last night for 20 bucks more we upgraded to a larger room with a balcony.
