But the shuttle service is quirky with poor instructions about airport pick up location for unfamiliar guests Shuttle service seems also to be involved in pick up and drop off of private tours, creating confusion for those awaiting transportation to the airport. In my experience the driver was worse than useless in explaining which bus was private and which was the airport shuttle. "

"Good central place close to Sky tower. The Hotel is little Old and there is construction , so no good place to park for unloading luggage. The AC is only in the family room and not in the Bedrooms, so we had to keep the bed rooom doors open to get the cool air. "
