"This is a nice wee hotel conveniently situated about half-way between the promenade and the train station. Nice touches like the fresh water they put in your fridge; even the fact that there was a fridge in the room, which I don’t think a lot of three-star hotels have. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for a three-star hotel; couldn’t have asked for more. It was never too crowded no matter what time I went for breakfast. "This hotel has a lot of charm in the prime of Nice. The rooms were very comfortable, and it was surprisingly big to be in Europe and the age of the building. The view was excellent. The only challenge was the parking. You must park in a public parking lot in the casino next door; there is no street parking."

Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "

"The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train.
