Nicolay helped us so much, the vacation tour lady was the best and the girls in the kids club too! The music around the pool should be better. But we had so much fun and we love Barceló resorts. "

"My husband and I went for our honeymoon/first anniversary. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. They were also funny and fun! Everyone took care of our needs and made sure we had everything. Our concierge, Henry, was phenomenal. It was safe, quiet, and had fun activities during the day/night if you'd like. Those activities also did not bother us if we chose to miss out. The food was good, easily accessible, and quick. The drinks were really good and had options for non-alcoholic drinks. We are definitely going to recommend this stay to others!!"
