"Lovley room with perfect jacuzzi for two"

"A great location in a superb part of town. However it’s not 5 star as it claims. We had a junior suite plus described by staff as the best in the hotel. The room is large and there was a small King size bed. Howe et the mattress was really worn out and the pillows tiny. I have never seen such small and thin bath towels in my life! However, it is a very old beautiful building and the rest of the hotel aspects were very good. The room would also be improved by installing chrome cast. Strangely...

"Too hot in room, no instruction how to adjust temperature. Hair shampoo and conditioner would be better separately. Overall hotel nice, clean, quiet with nice brekfast. "

"Hotel Stary was a fantastic hotel in a perfect position in the centre of Krakow. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Only change I would make is to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Thank you for a fantastic stay. "

"Beautiful, old world charm, comfortable and cosy stay. The food from the restaurant was amazing, we ate all our meals there or ordered room service. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. 12 out of 10 amazing stay and will stay again if we’re ever in Zakopane!"
