"the staff was very attentive and made good on an issue with the room with no hesitation. Safety wise was not good with all the ice in the back lot. "The Hotel overall was a good experience. Very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Only issue was that there was large group of guests that congregated in the dining room area late at night and were very loud. So loud to the point in which it woke both my daughters from sleep. We called front desk and they had advised they would handle it. However, still was very loud until late evening. Pool was clean. Would stay there again but not on floor level "
