"We had a wonderful stay here! Front staff were exceptional, so friendly! The location was amazing, right near subway and Staten Island ferry! It could use a bit of tlc in some of the building but overall I found it to be clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again if I come back to New York!"

"Lovely stay, however the rooms need a fridge, difficult to always have to go and buy water and drinks. Great location, fantastic transport links, close to Chinatown and walkable distance to most tourist attractions. The room was clean but some things were missed, hair in the shower and fingerprint smears on the windows from the previous guests. Staff are disinterested and there always seem to be a queue to speak to someone. Rooms are small but functional. Cleaning staff are lovely, really...

"Fantastic location at Battery Park and easy walking to most of Manhattan and some of Brooklyn One bedroom suite with a pullout couch in the living allowed the two of us to have separate bedrooms!"

"Let me just say from my experience, starting with renting the room, and the ease of parking at the garage next to the hotel, and to front desk in which the staff was amazing.They accommodated me and my family in the best way. I wanted a room with 2 queen beds for my cousin and her 20 year old and a 15 year old. "The hotel is about 3 blocks south of the WTC which puts it on the south part of Manhattan. This area is much quieter than Midtown. There are subway stations right outside the front door and across the street from the hotel. Broadway and Wall Street are about a 5–10-minute walk. Battery Park, where most of the Statue of Liberty tours originate, is about a 15-minute walk. No parking at this hotel, but there is a garage 2 blocks away. It's so much easier to take public transportation or rideshares."
