"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the shopping area. Everything is in walking distance. It’s very clean inside, all of the amenities made me feel as though I was at home. Modern apartment. The staff were really nice, specifically Jack. Parking was very convenient, I never actually needed my car as we walked everytwjere. I will always stay here whenever I come to Liverpool. I would highly recommend this place. "

"I booked this for a nights stay for my wife and 2 daughters. My wife said that they all had an amazing time. The rooms were very clean and modern. Comfy beds and pillows. The facilities in the room were brilliant too. It's right in the centre of Liverpool. Easily walkable to transport routes and the main shopping area of the city centre. There is also plenty of options to go for food within a few minutes walk too. We are planning to go back together soon"

"Lovely hotel, I had a room with a sofa bed but I was on my own and wasn’t expecting the sofa bed to be made, which made getting around the room really difficult as the sofa bed was between the bed and the bathroom / door. I was on the 6th floor and the room was still quite noisy from the bars down the street so it was really difficult to sleep. Everything else was perfect but as the sleep was the most important part of my trip I was disappointed."

Quick lift between floors as we stayed on 14th floor looking out to the docks. Good buffet breakfast and was able to order extra poached eggs. Disappointed they didn’t have real HP sauce! "This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very spacious with lots of extras that you wouldn't expect. The only downside was the horrible smell when you enter the hotel, I expect this is due to the age of the property but it is a real shame as it is very off putting. Breakfast was only average and if I was returning, I would definitely stay in this hotel but I would buy breakfast elsewhere."
