"Stayed 3 nights for my daughters 21 st birthday, perfect location, hotel was lovely very new and modern , comfortable beds, lovely shower and bathroom, breakfast was lovely choice of cereals to continental & fried food , even gluten free section. Decor is lovely would definately return. Ordered a cake platter and celebration package but a bit pricey for what it entailed but my daughter was happy so that was the main thing."

"Arrived around 10 PM, quick check in by very helpful receptionist. first impressions very good.Got to room tired and went stright to bed. Checked room in morning and it looked very tired, the bed base was covered in vinyl leather which was peeling off, cracked and poorly repaired tiles in bathroom and entrance and worn through laminate flooring. "room face on to main street, could hear all the music most of the night, however I was not put of by this. But if your looking a quite night ask for a different room. great location 5 minute walk to Liverpool one for shopping. loads or places to eat drink on bold street, try honest burger , and albert schloss for a great night. the Christmas markets amazing. Would stay here again close to everything. staff very pleasant and helpful. "
