"From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. Replies were quick and I expected that everything should hopefully run smoothly. I had arranged for pickup from the Fasano Train Ststion and a shuttle for two back to Bari Int. Airport.
