"Location was great, right next to bencoolen stop on the downtown line which was really handy but also an easy 20 or so minute walk to the centre if preferred. Good amenities nearby. Was happy with room - compact but fine for me as solo traveller. Room seemed to have no sound insulation, my sleep was disturbed multiple times from the noise. Also was going to add on breakfast for some days but the hotel doesn't have its own space you just have a discount to the next door cafe if you pre-book so...

"This property was beautiful, the lobby was the main attraction. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. Andy at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay. The property is perfectly located and accessible to marina bay square on the 5th level which has all sorts of food halls and shopping. With easy indoor access to Suntec city. "After an 18 hour flight, I had forgotten to get cash before getting in a cab that only accepted cash. When I got to the hotel with only my credit card, the staff at the drop off did not miss a beat and escorted me to registration and promptly paid the driver. Unbelievable service to immediately fix a nightmare issue of my own making. The hotel and room are spectacular and flawless. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at."
