"It doesn’t get better than this for location at wintergreen. Especially if you’re traveling with teens who can swing in and out for snacking and getting warm at will. Host was wonderful and very communicative. Only had a couple of issues. The light over the stove wasn’t working but I’m sure they’ll have replaced that by next visitors. One thing to be cautious of is that the stove vent is one of those microwave vents above the stovetop that was so prevalent in the 80s/early 90s. If you’re searing...

"The hotel was nice. Check in was easy. They charge $10 for parking, but they do not tell you that. They ask for a credit card for "incidentals", then charge you $10 for parking. The fan in the bathroom is not optional if you want light in there. It is so loud i was concerned it would wake the people two rooms down. I spoke to the lady at the front desk; she said several of them are like that. The bed is great for sleeping. "
