"Property is literally connected to the train station. At night there are a lot of homeless people that camp out there right on the train station steps, literally a few feet from the front door of the hotel. You have to get buzzed into the hotel, understandably. It might be a little bit awkward for someone traveling alone.... on a high note. It's very easy to get to public transportation and the rooms are nice."

"The staff at the hotel were really friendly and super helpful. The hotel had everything you needed facilities wise and the breakfast was great. They even went out of their way to get gluten free breakfast for my wife. The hotel is a good ‘hub’ for visiting all of the Italian coastline around the area. "This hotel is fine. The valet situation is impossible it took nearly an hour for them to find our car upon checkout. Additionally when we checked in they did not have the room I had booked with two beds so we had to change rooms for our second night. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite and it’s possible our issues were singular but I wouldn’t stay again as a result. "

"Haven in busy Napoli. Friendly, helpful staff and top spec clean rooms. Easy road access but at least fifteen minutes walk/funicular to get to cafes, shops etc. Book spa access slot in advance (free to guests), had it all to ourselves for 45 mins, which is nice, but they only switch it on as per bookings, so steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm when we used it."
