"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough. "Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...
