"Very nice budget friendly hotel. Our room was clean and newly updated. Staff was friendly. Short 5-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach where they had umbrellas and chairs setup for POC guests. Nice, uncrowded pool and pool bar. Free breakfast every day for guests was a big plus. Convenient to access to grocery store, restaurants, bars and shops."

"Everything was great about this property. The only (slight) issue I’d share was the poor WiFi connection around the property. Unfortunately, work was needed to be done while vacationing and it was difficult to connect even though I was right on property. From a vacationing perspective, the property is beautiful. Very relaxing space when you go during week."

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"Studio with balcony overlooking ocean was perfect. We did not rent a car and walked to beach (great snorkeling just down the beach) and restaurants. Very safe area with sidewalk on Bight Rd. MANY steps down to Beach and Bight Rd but we love to exercise so the extra steps helped work off the amazing food and drinks. Great place for a single or couple."

"Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again "

"If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back."

"This was a celebration of my friend beating breast cancer and our 60th birthday's!! The view from the living room and deck/dock was spectacular, and the sunsets amazing!!! We were greeted by an adorable cat who lives close by, she was so sweet and loving, I am not a cat person, and she converted me. If you are looking for action this is not the place for you.
