The property is perfectly situated between Folly Beach (9 miles away) and downtown Charleston (about 5 miles away). All towels, linens, cookware, beach chairs, high-speed wifi, outdoor kitchen, putting green, foosball table, and more included. Bring the whole family to this safe, convenient place with lots of room for fun!

Perfect location and so much fun!
We have family 10 minutes away, so this was a great spot for us. But, we also had perfect access to Folly Beach as as well as a quick drive to downtown. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds and the layout of the house. The beach chairs were a huge bonus that we truly appreciated. We look forward to booking again.

Great stay
Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was convenient for getting to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The house was well laid out and the kids loved the porch with the foosball and air hockey. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of nice towels to use. Beds were comfy too! Washer and dryer in the house was a big bonus. We enjoyed our week here and we would love to book here again next time we’re in town!

Great SC Vacation
Property was great. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped with plenty of fresh towels. Outside could use a little sprucing up, but didn’t effect our stay at all. Nice dining area and very comfortable beds!! Had everything we needed for a beach day and was a perfect location for getting around anywhere in the Charleston area. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great long weekend getaway
The house was great! There were only two of us staying, but the house can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The location was so convenient to Folly Beach and Charleston, and we also had a great time exploring James Island. Jen was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful! Would recommend this property to friends and family, and will stay again if we come back to CHS!

Clean house
The house was very clean and the check in process was easy. The location is good IF you spend all your time in James Island or around the beach, however I do think the price is a bit steep for anything pertaining to downtown Charleston. We had a rental but would have had to pay a fortune in Uber rides on top of the steep price if we didn’t.

Perfect quiet getaway, close enough by car for everything we wanted to see. Clean and comfy. Great shower and plenty of HOT water😀 for 4 showers in a row!

James Island
House is old but charming, well equipped and good location. Close to Charleston, Folly Beach and West Ashley. Owners super nice and helpful. My only remark would be that the 3rd bedroom is small and doesn't have space for a chest of drawers. We enjoyed our stay there.
