Romantic Lakefront Suite with Great Views

This spacious guest suite is brand new and built in 2018, it is a private bedroom/bathroom located as part of our house on the ground level. Guests can use the separate room with a table and chairs for eating. The Suite also has its own entrance. The Suite is appointed with hardwood flooring and new furnishings. The Suite is part of a 6000sq. ft. home situated on a point lot with amazing views of Lake Norman. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Enjoy the views from the 7 person hot tub. The separate structure (boathouse) on the property is not the suite.

Use the paddle board, canoe, 2 kayaks and floats provided which can be found in the standalone boathouse also pictured. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 on the property. Property number1076055 that will work for small family or friends wanting to get together, both have private entrances. There are 2 friendly Golden Retrievers on the property.

Best Location on Lake Norman
This was our second weekend getaway at this location and once again it did not disappoint. The room is perfectly suited for a quick weekend getaway and the views are amazing! There are some great restaurants nearby that we have tried (Epic Chophouse and Flock). We will be planning our next visit soon.

Perfect Getaway Spot
We live in Charlotte and wanted a close by spot to spend our anniversary and this place did not disappoint. The room was just as pictured, very roomy and very clean. Everything we needed was there. The view of the lake was gorgeous! The owner was very friendly (as well her dogs) but not intrusive at all. Hot tub on the deck was great on a chilly day. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends.

Steve and Dawn were great hosts. The property is gorgeous and relaxing. The suite was perfect for us and had all the amenities that we needed. Loved that they welcomed pets as our girl had a blast running around with their boys. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the suite for one night and wish we at least had the time to stay for another couple days! The area is beautiful and our hosts were so nice and accommodating. Dawn was quick to reply and easy to communicate with and the place was very clean! If we ever end up back at lake Norman, we would love to stay here again!
