"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Overall, the room was clean and bathroom was very nice! Staff was incredibly friendly at arrival, inconsistent if they were at the front desk or not for rest of the stay. The WiFi connection was very poor. The only other thing to note is that it is a decent walk from city center — nothing to do with the hotel, but location continued to be rated high in reviews and I was surprised by how long it took to walk in (I could have mapped it more closely so that’s on me).
