"The staff was incredibly friendly and mostly had great follow through. We were a little bothered and surprised that we could not have a place to enjoy a glass of wine we had brought with my clients without paying huge corking fees. Also our room had a couple things not working - nothing major but we had to ask twice for it to be addressed. The restaurant is delicious, the valets were wonderful and the breakfast staff very detail oriented and great service. "

"I stayed at this hotel twice during a month long stay in Bordeaux primarily because it was where a Trip USA Bordeaux tour started, so I added days on the front and back end of that tour. Ricardo, the day manager, was exceptionally helpful, but all of their staff is well trained as they have a hospitality training school on site. They offer breakfast as an extra but it’s rather expensive unless you’re a big eater.The room was very comfortable although I found the bedding too warm for my taste....
