We booked this because it has a nice layout and is in a great location. The kitchen and living area are open, which makes it nice for visiting and cooking/eating. The building is right on a busy street, so there is street noise in the front bedroom. It’s close to restaurants and there’s a really nice Fresh Market a few blocks away with a wine and coffee bar.
Great condo for a weekend stay in Lincoln Park. Easy to walk and Uber everywhere. Not a quiet location, so be prepared for street and neighbor noise all night. Overall, a decent place to stay.
Everything was just as described. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. The location was exceptional! Everything we needed was within walking distance.
Absolutely perfect stay in Lincoln Park. Ultra comfortable and very convenient to get around Chicago. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in this area.
This was the perfect location for our group to be able to walk to restaurants, shop, take the train, and just really enjoy the area. The home Is clean and well kept and had plenty of accommodations/space For our group. Also appreciated the timely communication with the property manager. Have already recommended this property.
The unit was even nicer and more spacious than it was in the pictures and was perfect for our group. Check-in was seamless and the location is perfect. We were able to sightsee and visit wrigley almost entirely on foot or a quick ride on the train. Highly recommend for a trip to chicago.
Spacious suite close to so many things! We walked to Wrigley Field, Lincoln Park Zoo and some great restaurants nearby. The suite was clean and had what we needed and the manager was always quick to respond. Looking forward to our next visit.
Visit Chicago for my daughter's college graduation, and this place was perfect for my family to stay and enjoy the area and able to attend our events along with many choices of eating places.
Overall this is a great place to stay. It is close to the train to get into the city, the apartment itself is spacious, and it is affordable! There were a few things that turned us off in terms of cleanliness (there was dust caked on the fan, mysterious stains on the couch, some kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned). Also the TV speaker was clearly busted by a previous visitor. In the end we really enjoyed our stay, the area of Lincoln Park is full of great restaurants/coffee shops/shopping, so you really cant beat this location for this price.
Location can't be beat. 15 min drive to Lincoln Park Zoo though (which was our destination) -not 3 min
We were so happy with the location and it had all that we needed stocked. Finding free parking was relativrly easy which is a great plus. But if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not for you. You have to sacrifice peace & quiet for the location
We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for our family needs. The location in the Lakeview area was good- lots of stuff within a few blocks, and easy to take the L at Diversey. There are 5 Queen beds within 2 bedrooms, so it truly sleeps 10 in beds. We only had 6, so our 4 young adults had their own bed, which was nice. The street was sometimes a little noisy from the front bedroom, but with a little travel fan on we could block it out okay. The place was clean and spacious. No big issues, but would just request hand towels and a kitchen towel. Bath towels and wash cloths were otherwise provided. Very nice to have a full kitchen, and coffee (thank you!!!). Communication with the owner was good and we were very pleased with our stay!

Disappointing
We had high hopes for this property but were unfortunately disappointed. The apartment was not comfortable. This includes the couches in the living room and all of the beds. The comforters were nice, which was extremely important because the bedrooms are drafty and cold, even with the heat on. The space is not well appointed. For example, only one small, thin towel was provided per person, there was no paper towel, and the kitchen lacked some basic tools. The space desperately needs a deep clean and a paint job. While communication with the management was easy and they were quick in their responses, getting the necessary check in information just one hour in advance was difficult and stressful for multiple people arriving from different places. The location was great.

Great location but that's where it ends
This location is ideal for a weekend in Chicago and wanting to be close to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and the train. Unfortunately the location is the best feature.
The place was dated; you can tell it has been years since anyone has put any kind of thought into upgrades or modernization. There are little to no creature comforts. Barely anything to use in the kitchen, sparsely furnished, absolutely NO extras. There were 4 of us staying for 3 days and we were only given 4 bath towels. There were no kitchen towels or anything to was dishes with. We were given less than a quarter roll of paper towels.
The beds were comfortable but the apartment was cold and no extra blankets were provided. The only items provided were a sheet set and a comforter per bed.
You can tell it has been a while since it has been deep cleaned. It was surface cleaned but if you look closely you can tell many things haven't been done in a while. There was grease all over the kitchen and layers of dust in the bathroom windows. In addition, one of the comforters had blood stains on it which was absolutely disgusting.
It's an old building so there is a lot of noise from the upstairs and downstairs units as well as a lot of street noise.
Bottom line, if you want a great location and don't care about comfort or cleanliness, this is the place for you.
Our daughter lives in Chicago and only has 1 bedroom, so when visiting her, we need to find another place to sleep/shower for our family of 5. This location was perfect as it’s only a 5 minute walk.
The apartment was clean and having 2 bedrooms/bathrooms was convenient for our family. I appreciated the bedrooms and bathrooms being on opposite sides of the unit so as not disturb those sleeping while using the restroom during the night. The beds were comfortable, but the room in the front is right on the street and there was lots of noise (traffic, people walking), so I used my phone to play fan sounds during the night and that seemed to help. I didn’t see any additional blankets, which would be needed as the weather gets colder. The rooms are very bare, with only one small bedside table, I brought in one of the bar stools to use next to my side of the bed for my phone. The towels provided are pretty thin, if we return to this property in the future I will probably bring our own.
The kitchen is nice, although the only things we used were the coffee pot and the microwave.
The living area is spacious but the couches are very worn and not comfortable to relax in. There is a dining room table with only 4 wooden chairs.
There is no parking, but we left our car by our daughters in a free spot.
When I had questions prior to our stay, they were answered very promptly.
I would stay here again and with new furniture/towels, I might give it 5 stars.
