"Staying on the Uros islands is highly recommended. The rate includes amazing breakfast and Dinners cooked for you. As well as boat transportation from Puno to the hotel. The staff arranged a tour for us to Taquile island and the rest of the parts of Uros islands. The cultural experience is amazing. The staff were so nice and attended to our every need. You won't get a chance ti stay on a floating island made of reeds anywhere else so we highly advise you to try it!"

The only issue I encountered is that my oxygen saturation went down to 76% and my body temp was 102.2 after taking 600mg of ibuprofen which at that point was life threatening. The staff didn't offer to call offered and gave me oxygen for 15 mins. The room didn't have a thermostat but luckily it was cold outside and the windows can be open.
