From prompt free shuttle pickup at the airport to the beautiful clean well appointed hotel, to the on premises lovely dining option and bar to the spacious and incredibly comfortable room and bathroom to the best breakfast I have enjoyed in South America to the extremely friendly and accommodating staff . This should be the model for all hotels!"

"First of all, I’ve stayed at various hotels throughout the world. This hotel had the BEST hospitality! The staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel where they greeted us by name every day! They genuinely asked how our day was and they were the nicest. Nicolas in particular was fantastic! We loved seeing and greeting him daily. He gave us fantastic pointers and recommendations! Ramiro at the front desk was also super helpful and so nice! Elliot the bartender made us delicious drinks and Miriam was our housekeeper that did our turndown service and gave us a hand written note. Thank you to everyone that helped make this an unforgettable 40th birthday trip! I hope to come back to Cusco soon. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
