"I am disabled and the room allocated for disability is really nice which ones exception the beds are nearly on the floor ! So they need to offer higher beds for those with conditions like mine So beware otherwise it’s almost impossible to get out of the bed. Even wheelchair users can use higher beds than those . Ask for extra mattress to raise height "

"Excellent location, great staff and warm & friendly hotel."

"Good location, just 50m or so from the Quay front, great staff allround, but room was ok, but adequate only, for price charged. Dog friendly, which was critical for us, but £10 surcharge charged. Lack of hotel parking wasn't too much of an issue as large multistorey within c.400m, but does add any £10 cost to the visit"

"Room was comfortable however the seagulls kept us awake every morning from 5am walking on the roof (Room5) There were a couple of examples where ingredients listed for food items on the menu were left out, proving to be a disappointment for some dishes. The gnocchi didn't have any chestnuts, The pancakes didn't have coconut yoghurt for example. More vegetarian options would have been welcomed."
