"We arrived after dark. The front desk was very helpful with a good parking spot for our truck with a travel trailer in tow. (Sorry I didn’t get his name). This location is older but everything was really clean. Breakfast was very welcoming with lots of cold and hot choices. (Bacon and sausages) Mattress was comfortable and the shower was hot. I would stay here again. 😊"

"The hotel was new, so it was clean and looks super modern. The pillows were not great. I'm guessing they are goose down, but they felt like they were filled with small sticks. Other than that, the beds are comfy. Shower and bathroom are great. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in our stay. There was no justification. Our key cards told us we "were not permitted" breakfast. This deterred is from even wanting to purchase breakfast from the hotel. It definitely was a turn off....

"Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. "

"Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and parking very close by. Room was lovely, clean and with lots of natural light. Very quiet. A very old building that has been renovated to emphasize its old world charm while having all the modern touches. Excellent location in Vieux Québec on a beautiful old street. Many wonderful restaurants very close by. Hotel staff were super helpful and courteous. Extraordinary breakfast with great food choices. Very highly recommended! "

"This was my second stay here. I am not someone who needs amenities, I just need a quiet and safe place to relax, regroup, shower, and sleep. "This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
