Firstly, there was no air con, which was pretty horrendous in the sweltering temperatures. The Owner Simon and his wife helped us down with our suitcases and were so sweet and hospitable. We flew in the day before our cruise and wanted to see Rome before we boarded the ship. "The handsome boy who checked me in was very helpful and kind. The beautiful lady or checked me out was also pleasant!
