"We loved the service given to us by Daniella and her team when we checked in. Though we didn’t say much, she was able to anticipate we were there for celebratory reasons and provided an exceptional arrival experience which is definitely 10/10 on all fronts. Our disappointment was in the breakfast service. The staff were generally nice but the food refill rate was extremely slow especially the popular ones. It was much better in our previous stay."
