"Very nice and quiet, even on the Pet floor :) The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was great. The kids loved the free popcorn and cookies provided in the lobby each evening. Doug was very helpful and made check in and out easy. We traveled with pets and children and will definitely stay here when we come back to Durango. "

"This is such a beautiful and unique hotel. The Christmas decorations and lights were spectacular. They really go above and beyond. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our early check-in without a problem. It is an old hotel, so don’t expect all of the modern amenities, but that is part of the charm. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The shower head was a bit low and it took a while for hot water but they do warn you about that up front. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, and the hot springs are directly across the street. The fire pits and fountain are really nice. We really enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again. "
