The hotel provided everything that we needed for our short skiing trip - free on-site parking, a ski room, comfortable beds, hearty breakfast. All this just a short walk from the gondola station."

"What a wonderful hotel, facilities, and team. It's so wonderful to see an independent hotel full! The breakfast spread is great and vast. We opted for dinner every night available and the 3 courses plus cheese was delicious, fresh, varied and didn't need to be rolled to our rooms but felt full. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were wonderful to use daily to unwind after the slopes and before dinner. The location is quiet and just over the bridge from Super Morzine gondola."

"Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for a ski trip and we would definitely recommend the restaurant, but we think...

"Close to Main Street with lots of traffic and road noise. Paid extra for lake view but this meant we faced the busy road. Bathroom a disappointment as was the rest of the room. Would not recommend "

"We have walked past this hotel many times over the years and were looking forward to staying. Unfortunately the experience did not match the expectation. The lady manager was not helpful, she did not offer any help with the luggage( we had three big bags - skiing stuff is bulky!). As she sped away up stairs and round corridors, she did not look back or hold any of the doors open. When I finally caught up with her she looked annoyed that I had made her wait. "A charming small town and a great staff, especially at dinner where our English and their French had difficulty, they were patient and helped us through the menu. Room was on the small side, but perfectly located and we loved it there. "
