"Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. However, the room described on Hotels.com was different. It was stated that there are 2 (two) restrooms - however, the room had 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet room. Accordingly, the describtion of the room has to state that there is only 1(one) toilet and 2 (two) separate bathrooms without toilets. The 2nd bedroom was too small for a bedroom and looked like a closet in which a bunk bed was placed. The hotel does not have a laundry room that makes it...

"Lovely Alpine hotel. Amazing skiing after a 24” snowfall ❄️. Rooms are small but have adequate storage allowing you to stow your bags to free up floor space. Bar, restaurant and petite dejeuner were necessary as there are few restaurants in the immediate area. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and servers attentive. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful and friendly. "

"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"Le studio pour 4 n'est pas pour 4, nous étions 2 et c'était le max. Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de commodité (un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 7 jours, pas de sel et poivre, ...). L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de Méribel et à quelques pas des pistes. Le personnel à l'accueil est très courtois et répondait à toutes nos questions. Les heures d'ouverture de l'accueil sont à considérer."

"It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again."
