A special shoutout to Marco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he’s warm, attentive, and has a great understanding of guests’ needs. The location of the hotel is fantastic—quiet yet conveniently close to the city square, making it easy to explore Cusco on foot. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, making for a perfect start to the day. "The standard room is not as roomy & bright but the were kind to accommodate me to a better room. The hotel is charming, with a colonial touch, clean rooms close to everything & an amazing staff who did everything to assist us! Thank you Eddy & all the staff for making out trip to Cusco so enjoyable! I highly recommend them."
