"Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves...

"Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! "I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

"The best aspect of this hotel is its relatively close location (about 8 minute drive, or 1 train stop) to the central district and place, while having a good price for spacious rooms. "Location in a lively area but still away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. UBahn within 5 min walk, good food options in the area. Would not recommend it in the warmer months, since there’s no AC and the ventilator in the room is mediocre. Bathroom emitted a bad smell."

"The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm."
