"The hotel is literally a block from the central train station. Trams and subway also run by the hotel. We were really grateful with the washer and dryer in the room as we were doing a longer European vacation and didn’t want to bring too many socks and under garments. Please note though the capacity for the washer is very limited and you will need to do multiple loads and bring enough detergent. The pool is small but good conditions. "

"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
