They provided a new room with no issues but still no towels, had to ask several times. Limited reservations available for the specialty resturants but food wasn't worth it. The buffet was better."

The only complaint we have is that the mattress was uncomfortable. We were expecting an adults only in the Bahamas to have better mattresses for their clientele. "

"We stayed at the One Particular Harbour residence next to the resort and it was fabulous! Our room was very spacious, well appointed and had gorgeous views! All of the staff were very welcoming and extremely service oriented. The food and drinks were great however very expensive. They add 10% value added tax plus another 15% to everything. Even the groceries we had delivered to our room (as it had a full kitchen) were extremely expensive. Not sure why they would add a 15% tourism tax to...
