Really liked staying here for the past few days and I rated it good rather than excellent because of the costs. This is a very pricey resort and everything costs money including the sauces you would have at dinner. No need to charge me $5 when I'm spending $100 on a NY strip steak. Amenities are great but be aware of all the extra costs.

We got locked out of room Took them 45 min to send someone to open the door. Because their battery died on the lock. Restaurants are very slow and staff are not friendly. They say closed at 12 pm they later on come around 10:30 to say last call. We are closing at 11 we don’t have enough people to stay open until 12. I will never go back to this hotel.

This hotel is amazing the food is great a little overpriced but very good our favorite restaurant hands down was Marcus amazing service and delicious food this is out 2nd time in 2 months Amazing

The property is gorgeous. The prices are astronomical even for a 5* resort. 7$ USD for a Diet Coke. $10USD for a bottle of water. Every meal is at least $100/person. Cigars are $75USD. I was here with my 4 young kids. 7k USD in food and incidentals over 6 days. No crazy meals. Not lots of alcohol etc.
