"Estuvimos con la familia en el Hotel Mozart y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. Ben Amhed ha sido un anfitrión estupendo. Amable, generoso, y muy simpático. Esperamos volver a verle en un futuro. Sin duda repetiríamos este hotel para un próximo viaje. 100% recomendable para cualquier viajero. Ubicación excepcional. La mejor de Bruselas, a una calle de la Grand Place. Gracias."

"Great location in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have separate toilet, which is helpful for families, would be great if it had a sink. Rooms large with comfy beds. Pillows need attention, one is very lumpy. Could not get air con to blow out cold air. Room very hot had to open window which was noisy. Overall though good stay. "

"Overall the property was very comfortable and clean. My group enjoyed the stay. The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the small touches like the Belgian candies (“Cuberdon”) that were left for us in the room. The bathroom was very clean and the room had a nice and functional design. They store luggage for you which is very convenient but you put the luggage inside the room yourself which in my opinion is not very secure. Then they give you a bag check ticket. The hotel is small and has a small elevator. There was a coffee machine in the room and a few teas (but no kettle so I think you need to request that from the front desk). The area surrounding the hotel does not seem very safe especially at night. I never went back to the hotel particularly late but it just has an unsafe vibe unfortunately. It’s the area next to the train station (Brussels Midi station). Being that close to the station was very convenient however, for catching IC trains as well as the Eurostar)"
